Finnish Forest Bathing

Forest bathing in the pure nature of Inari invites a deeper connection with nature through guided, gentle presence practices. The silence of the area, clear air and untouched forests create an exceptional environment where the nervous system can calm down and both body and mind can recover from the strain of everyday life.

Being in the forest offers a natural space for slowing down and recharging. When the surroundings are clean, spacious and free from distractions, attention naturally turns to the senses and the nature around. This clarifies thinking, lightens inner load and supports a sense of safety and tranquility.

We had the most wonderful time on our nature exploration with Valomarian Forest! Our three kids (11, 8, and 6) said they never imagined it would be this much fun. 🌲 They learned about local nature, picked lingonberries and wild blueberries, acted like animals, and even went looking for elves!

Kirsi-Maria was so lovely — kind, patient, and full of knowledge. She made the experience magical for the children and unforgettable for us. A perfect family activity in Inari — we'll cherish these memories forever! 💚
