Reservations for larger groups (at least 5 people) and private groups must be agreed separately. If you have a specific time in mind, feel free to contact us – we will arrange a suitable moment for you!

Considerations:

The customer must have their own leisure time insurance in force, Valomarian Forest does not insure the customer for forest bathing. We walk calmly along easy routes and paths, stopping during training. The customer must communicate their health limitations to the service provider in advance so that we can prepare appropriately.

Please note that clothes may get dirty in the forest. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing. In winter, dress warmly, as the forest bathing exercise is calm and there is no fast movement during it.

The forest is the home of animals, and during forest bathing, you can sometimes meet a reindeer. In the autumn, the rutting season begins, when the male reindeer defends the female with loud vocalizations and defiant behavior. Reindeer usually avoid humans, but if you encounter them closely, avoid approaching them and go around far enough. Also make sure that you do not end up between the male reindeer and the female.

VAT on the services is 0%.

Cancellation policy

Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the price of the service. Any changes must be made no later than the day before.

You can cancel your natural treatment and forest bathing program in our appointment booking system if there are more than 24 hours before the start of the appointment. In other cases, cancellations are made by phone or email.

If you are late for the start of the service, we will charge the full price for the length of the booked time.

Valomarian Forest reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service due to weather conditions or illness. The service will primarily be postponed to another time, or the price of the paid service will be refunded to the customer.

Appointment and payments

You can book an appointment for natural treatments through our booking system, by phone or email. You can pay either in advance through the booking system or on site. Nature programs can be booked through our booking system, by phone or email, the service is paid for on site. Distance Reiki treatment is paid in advance at the time of booking, ensuring your treatment session is secured calmly and well ahead of time.

Please note that if you book an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the appointment booking is binding.
