Valomarian Forest – Forest Bathing and Energy Healing Services
1. Nature of the Services
Valomarian Forest's forest bathing and energy healing sessions are wellness‑oriented services designed to support relaxation, grounding, and overall well‑being. They are not healthcare services and do not replace medical treatment, psychological support, or the assessments of licensed healthcare professionals.
Special Notes Regarding Energy Healing
• Energy healing is not a medically verified treatment modality.
• No diagnoses, health claims, or medical advice are given during the session.
• The effects of energy healing vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
• Energy healing does not replace medical treatment or medication.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that the session is suitable for their personal health condition.
2. Limitation of Liability
Clients participate in all services at their own risk.
For forest bathing sessions, clients are strongly encouraged to have their own valid leisure‑time insurance.
Valomarian Forest is not liable for:
• reactions caused by the client's own health condition
• natural conditions or environmental factors during forest bathing
• loss or damage of personal belongings
• decisions or interpretations made by the client during or after the session
The service provider complies with its duty of care and all responsibilities under Finnish consumer protection laws.
3. Health Conditions and Accessibility
Clients must inform the service provider of any illnesses, medications, pregnancy, mental health conditions, or other factors that may affect participation.
For safety reasons, the provider may recommend rescheduling the session.
4. Cancellation Policy (According to Finnish Consumer Protection Law)
• 14+ days before the service → full refund
• 7–13 days before → 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before → no refund
• Sudden illness → rescheduling may be possible on a case‑by‑case basis
Separate conditions apply for corporate clients.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the service.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
6. Safety Guidelines
Forest Bathing
• remain with the group
• wear weather‑appropriate clothing
• be aware of slippery terrain, roots, and uneven ground
• inform the guide immediately if you feel unwell
Energy Healing
• the session can be stopped at any time
• relaxation responses and energetic sensations may occur
• in case of strong or concerning reactions, clients are encouraged to contact a healthcare professional
7. Payments and Invoicing
Services must be paid according to Valomarian Forest's instructions.
Unpaid invoices may include a billing fee and statutory interest.
