Harmony with nature in the heart of Inari

The forest whispers. Will you respond to the invitation?

With us, you can "take a dip" in a forest bath and sense nature through mindfulness, relaxation and sensory exercises, as well as enjoy relaxing herbal poultice massages and Reiki energy treatments.

Whether you come from near or far, I warmly welcome you to join us on the stage that changes according to the seasons!

In a grounding forest bathing, you get a safe nature moment for yourself and get to experience nature through various presence exercises. Imagine the scents of the forest, the hum of the wind in the treetops, and all the beauty around you. You are connected to the earth and to yourself.

I walk barefoot on the soft moss mounds, listening to the brook murmuring. I feel a gentle breeze on my skin. This is a time for me – my moment.

Let's put on our backpacks

On the HIKING FOREST BATHING, we walk about 2-3 kilometres in a beautiful pine forest and stop occasionally to enjoy the forest bathing exercises. We eat our snacks amidst the scents of the forest and spend time outdoors in peace. This day trip lasts a total of 2,5 hours.

Children

In CHILDREN'S FOREST BATHING, we approach nature through a fairytale world. What an exciting place the forest can be! It is home to forest spirits, elves, goblins and fairies. How does a hare move? Are you as keen-eyed as an owl? Children's forest bathing takes place in easily accessible local nature.

Special groups

ACCESSIBLE FOREST BATHING is designed for Inari's easy-to-walk accessible trails along the Juutuanjoki River. You can join, for example, in a wheelchair or with other assistive devices all year round. Kirsi-Maria is a certified forest bathing guide® with expertise in inclusive facilitation for diverse groups.
